Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS within 5-7 business days once payment is received, 7-10 business days during the busy holiday season. You will be notified within 24 hours if there is a delay in filling your order. Your order will be packaged with the highest regard to the safe delivery of your products. Forms of Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and e-checks via PayPal and Authorize.net. Please note that you do not need an account to pay with PayPal.
Return Policy
- All orders are handcrafted and made to your specifications. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we want you to be happy with your order.
- If a custom item is defective, an exchange will be made for the same exact product.
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to the dislike of a candle scent or color.
- We recommend that you order small items to sample scents before committing to a large order. For your convenience we have a full line of gel votives that can be ordered in any color or scent that we carry.
- Original shipping charges are non refundable.
- Return shipping charges is the responsibility of the customer.

All returns must be received within 15 business days of invoice date for an exchange.
Sales Tax
We are required by law to collect sales tax for purchases to customers living in Texas. A sales tax of 8.25% will be added to your purchase. Sales tax will automatically be calculated according to your shipping address.
International Orders
- International orders are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail.
- All international orders must be paid via a PayPal account. We will not accept credit card payment for international orders.
- During checkout your shopping cart will provide you with a list of available countries that we currently ship to. Select the appropriate option. After you make your selection in the shopping cart, the rates for USPS International Shipping for your country will be displayed. Add USPS' International Shipping rate to your shopping cart.
- We are unable to accept returns for merchandise from our international customers.
- Beautiful Things Boutique is not responsible for any duties, taxes or other associated import fees that your country may impose. These additional costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Any country can hold your order at the border for reasons that involve a parcel search, product quarantine, or items within the parcel may cause some concern for officials. Beautiful Things is not responsible for orders that are held up at the border by officials. This must be resolved by you and your local postal authorities.
- In the event that your country's inspection agency quarantines, disposes or otherwise discards material which is not allowed into your country, this will become the sole responsibility of the buyer. Beautiful Things Boutique will not issue a replacement nor refund for your order. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know what is allowed into their respective country and what is not.

Your Email is very important! It is how we communicate with our customers. We want to provide prompt service to all our customers. We check orders several times a day. Please double check and verify that your email is correct. You will receive an email with your shipment tracking number as soon as your package leaves our business. Your email confirmation will give you an estimated delivery date. Again, please double check the email that you provide to ensure you will are notified of this valuable information.
Invalid Shipping Address, Incomplete Shipping Address, Redirecting Packages In Transit or Refused Packages
Please check and double check the "delivery" address that you provide. If the address is invalid or incomplete we can not be responsible for such packages. If your address includes a Suite number or Apt number, be sure to include it. If the carrier has to do what is called an "address correction" due to incomplete or invalid information provided by you, they can and do access fees of $5 - upwards and on average it is $5 to $10. Just leaving off a Suite or Apt # will incur such a charge. Please review this invoice carefully to ensure you have entered everything correctly. Please notify us immediately if you note an error in the information you provided.
If you call the shipping carrier and have the package rerouted to you at another address other than the address you provided, they do charge us additional shipping fees which will be accessed to you.
If you refuse a package upon delivery with the carrier that has been delivered in good condition according to the good faith agreement, you will be responsible for and charged for all shipping charges incurred as well as a 20% restocking fee.
Damages & Claims
On occasion, no matter how well a package is packed, there may be damages beyond our control. In the event that you receive a damaged package, please contact UPS IMMEDIATELY at 1-800-742-5877; hearing impaired TTY/TDD 1-800-833-0056. Products may need to inspected for verification. You MUST Call us Immediately to report the damage as well. You must also save all of your original packaging materials in order to file a claim. Proof of breakage must be made to UPS, so it is imperative all original packaging materials are saved. We cannot replace breakage due to shipper at our expense. All items leave us in excellent condition and our responsibility for the package ends when it leaves our hands. Any refused shipments will be billed shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee will be incurred.
Liability Disclaimer
All of our products are exceptional and are offered in good faith. Purchasers will, by their own tests and evaluations, determine suitability of such products for their specific use. We assume no liability for damage and/or injury resulting from the use of products supplied by Beautiful Things Boutique and it's affiliates. Upon accepting delivery of your package you release Beautiful Things Boutique and it's affiliates of any and all liability.
